The medieval village of Torri Superiore is located at the foot of the Ligurian Alps, a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea and the French border, near Ventimiglia.
Dating backto the 13th century, the village is divided into three main bodies with more than 160 rooms, all connected by steps and alleys. The Torri Superiore's complex and fascinating structure has often been compared to a fortress or labyrinth perched on the mountainside.
The village has been largely restored and it is now open to ecotourism, for courses, meetings and environmental education programs, and also offers accommodation for holidays in an environment full of suggestions.
The village of Torri Superiore is ideally situated for hiking.

The style is typically Mediterranean: a little bit of meat, a little bit of fish, lots of cheese, vegetables and fresh fruit. Meals are served in the common rooms at the self-service buffet at fixed times and it's eaten in collective tables where guests and residents have the opportunity to get to know each other.
