Our Pizzas are made with natural and quality ingredients. The "00" flour is not used in preparing our pizzas.
The dough, with very low leavening, provides for the joint use of three types of flours such as type 1 ground flour, whole wheat flour, spelled flour and finally extra virgin olive oil and whole salt.
The use of chemical leaching agents and margarines is strictly excluded. Our pizzas are: the thick pizza, the classic slightly round pizza, and the "Maxi" pizza that is very thin and bigger than the classic round pizza.
